4-H Record Book Information
Keeping records is a valuable life skill. The type of form used is not as important as the skill learned. The Montana State 4-H program created forms in 2012 for 4-H members to use. Those forms are below. They can be printed and handwritten, or downloaded as an electronic file and updated using a computer.
Each member should have:
One My 4-H Year Form
A Project Journal for each project they are taking that is a non-animal project.
An Animal Project Journal for each animal project they are taking.
If you have questions regarding record book completion, please contact your club leader or our office at email@example.com.
