4-H Record Book Information
Keeping records is a valuable life skill. The type of form used is not as important as the skill learned. The 4-H software, ZSuite, has a record book option. Please log in to your ZSuite account to get started on your record books.
The Montana 4-H program created forms in 2016 for 4-H members to use. Those forms are below. They can be printed and handwritten, or downloaded as an electronic file and updated using a computer.
Each member should have:
- One My 4-H Year Form
- A Project Journal for each project they are taking that is a non-animal project.
- An Animal Project Journal for each animal project they are taking.
If you have questions regarding record book completion, please contact your club leader or the Extension office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
