 Online bidding can start as soon as weights are
entered following each show:
Goat & Lamb Shows-Thursday, June 25 at 9 a.m.

Beef Show-Friday, June  26 at 10:30 a.m.

Swine Show-Saturday, June 27 at 9:45 a.m.

Potential buyers can bid online from the comfort of their homes and may place bids online once weights are entered following 4-H shows June 25-27 through the sale on June 27.  

Potential buyers who would prefer to attend the auction in person may do so by joining us at the Stage Stop Inn Rocky Mountain Convention Center in Choteau.

Avoid lines and register at jerrycollinsauctions.hibid.com or come between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m. to register. Limited seating, per health guidelines, will be available. Weather permitting, outdoor seating may be available.


At the Stage Stop Inn, screens indoors will show photos of the market animals. Sale catalogues and speakers will be available for those bidding from the outside seating area. Live and online bidding will start at 7:00 p.m. with Ryan Perry, Western Livestock Auction, as live auctioneer and Jerry Collins, BAS, running the online portion.  

Bidders may register online and can either join the auction online at jerrycollinsauctions.hibid.com or attend in person at the Rocky Mountain Convention Center at the Stage Stop Inn on Saturday, June 27 with registration at 6:30 p.m. and sale at 7:00 p.m.

Buying Animals

Potential 4-H Market Livestock Sale buyers may want to know how much meat to expect and how much freezer space they will need.  Below are examples that should help. Be sure to note whether the example is for a whole animal or a portion and adjust calculations/projections accordingly.  Buyers are welcome to pool together to purchase an animal and split the meat product.  Buyers arrange sharing on their own.
